Team Workshops and Training

Threaded Together: Expertly facilitated in-person, virtual, hybrid sessions.

People rarely learn when they are talked at  in long, lecture-heavy sessions where the facilitator becomes the main voice in the room. Real learning happens when participants are engaged; actively thinking, questioning, sharing experiences, and applying ideas to problems that matter to them.

At Threadline, we believe workplace learning should not be delivered like a keynote speech where one person talks and everyone else listens. Instead, every minute of our sessions is intentionally designed so that the facilitator can serves as a guide shepherding the conversation, introducing structure, and creating space for participants to think through the topics that matter most to them.

This approach transforms learning from a passive experience into a collaborative process. Participants actively engage with the material and with one another and they leave with a clear action plan and practical steps rather than a list of concepts.

What This Looks Like in Practice

Threaded Together workshops are designed so participants are consistently involved in the conversation rather than sitting passively through presentations.

Depending on the format and group size, sessions may include:

- Structured problem-solving discussions around real organizational challenges

- Small-group breakouts where participants work through scenarios and share insights

- Facilitated dialogue that surfaces different perspectives and ideas

- Interactive exercises that help teams apply frameworks to their own work

In virtual sessions, we intentionally use tools such as chat discussions, live polling, breakout rooms, and collaborative exercises to keep participants actively engaged rather than simply watching a screen.

Whether a session is delivered in person, on Zoom, or in a hybrid environment, the design remains the same: participants are invited to think, contribute, and help shape the conversation.

The result is a learning experience that feels less like a presentation and more like a productive working session where teams make progress together.

Off the Shelf Options & Train the Trainer

For organizations that want to deliver Threadline workshops internally, we offer a Train-the-Trainer options for many of of our sessions. This program equips HR teams, learning leaders, and internal facilitators with the tools, materials, and facilitation approach needed to run Threadline workshops themselves.

Participants learn not only the workshop content, but also the Threadline Method of facilitation—how to guide meaningful discussions, encourage participation, and help groups move from conversation to action. The result is a scalable approach that allows organizations to extend the impact of Threadline programs across teams, functions, and locations.
