Founder, Threadline Consulting

​

I founded Threadline Coaching & Consulting after more than 25 years as an HR executive leading large-scale organizational transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, and change management across complex organizations. Throughout my career, one truth kept surfacing: strategies rarely fail because the plan was wrong. They fail because the story behind the strategy was never clearly told.

People do not move because of PowerPoint slides or frameworks. They move because they understand the story they are part of.

​

Threadline was built around that belief. I help HR teams and business leaders use story to clarify purpose, strengthen trust, and translate strategy into meaningful action. When leaders articulate the “why” behind their decisions and connect it to the lived experience of their teams, organizations move from compliance to commitment.

​

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, culture, training and communication. I partner with executives and HR teams to shape the narrative that guides transformation, aligns people around shared purpose, and builds the  capability required to sustain transformation.

Over the course of my career, I have worked across industries including education, healthcare, hospitality, and service-based organizations, helping leaders navigate moments of growth, complexity, and reinvention.

​

I hold a Master’s degree in the Psychology of Leadership from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication from Arizona State University. I am a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a certified DiSC facilitator, a PROSCI Certified Change Manager, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

 

Outside of my work, I am a wife to Jason, a proud mom to a soccer-loving twelve-year-old son, and a dog mom to Humphrey, my 130-pound Bloodhound mix who believes every chair in the house belongs to him.

And above all, I strive to live as a disciple of Christ, seeking to lead with humility, integrity, and service in both my work and my life.
